Quick Answer: Dubai Parks and Resorts Tickets at a Glance
Short on time? Here is all you need to decide:
- Dubai Parks and Resorts tickets, in short: one simple system covers all four parks. A 1 Park Pass costs from AED 295 per person. A 2 Park Pass costs from AED 355 per person and lets you visit two parks on the same day.
- The four parks: MOTIONGATE Dubai, Real Madrid World, LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park. You pick which park, or which two parks, when you book.
- Cheapest way in: the 1 Park Pass at AED 295. The cheapest ticket of all is Riverland entry, from AED 25, but Riverland is a dining and fun zone, not a theme park.
- Best value for most visitors: the 2 Park Pass at AED 355. The second park costs only AED 60 extra, which is a small price for a much bigger day.
- Children: children under 3 enter free, per the official ticket terms.
- Fresh for the new season: the whole destination reopened on 7 October 2026 after a six-month closure, just in time for the school mid-term holidays.
- Book on the official site. Prices there are the reference prices, and “from” prices can rise on busy dates.

Dubai Parks and Resorts at a Glance
Dubai Parks and Resorts is the largest theme park destination in the Middle East. Off Sheikh Zayed Road at Exit 5, in the Jebel Ali area, about 25 minutes from Dubai Marina. Four parks share one site, with more than 100 rides, shows and attractions between them.
The four parks are very different from each other. MOTIONGATE is a Hollywood movie park with the biggest roller coasters. Real Madrid World is a football theme park, the first of its kind in the world. LEGOLAND Dubai is built for children aged 2 to 12. LEGOLAND Water Park is a gentle water park for young families.
All four parks are linked by Riverland Dubai, a themed dining and leisure zone along a river. You walk through Riverland to reach each park gate. Two hotels sit on site too: the LEGOLAND Hotel and Lapita, a Polynesian-style resort.

What’s New for the 2026 Season
The parks reopened on Wednesday 7 October 2026 after a six-month closure that began in March. The reopening lands right before the UAE mid-term school break, so the first weeks of the season will be busy and full of energy.
Real Madrid World gets a full season
Real Madrid World opened in April 2024, on the land where Bollywood Parks used to be. Many older guides still list Bollywood Parks, and some do not mention Real Madrid World at all. That is a shame, because it is now one of the strongest reasons to visit the destination. We give it a full section of its own below.
Riverland adds new attractions
Riverland returns with new things to do, including a bowling alley and the Automobili Lamborghini Racing Simulator Center. Its entry system has changed too. In short: it is no longer free to enter, and we explain the new prices in the Riverland section below.
A note about Bollywood Parks
Bollywood Parks Dubai closed permanently in 2023. It does not exist anymore. The park that replaced it, Real Madrid World, is a football theme park built around the Real Madrid club. Old articles, old price lists and even some ticket sellers have not caught up. This guide covers only the parks that are open now.
Dubai Parks and Resorts Ticket Prices 2026: The Full Table
Below are the standard Dubai Parks and Resorts ticket prices for the 2026 season, from the official site, checked in October 2026.
| Ticket | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Park Pass | From AED 295 per person | One full day in any one park: MOTIONGATE, Real Madrid World, LEGOLAND Dubai or LEGOLAND Water Park |
| 2 Park Pass | From AED 355 per person | Two parks of your choice on the same day |
| Riverland Day Pass: Entry | From AED 25 per person | Entry to Riverland only, no attractions included |
| Riverland Day Pass: Standard | AED 79 per person | Riverland entry plus 7 attractions, such as Neon Galaxy, Perplex City and mini golf |
| Riverland Day Pass: Plus | AED 99 per person | Riverland entry plus 10 attractions |
| Riverland Day Pass: Premium | AED 149 per person | Riverland entry plus all 14 attractions |
Checked: 8 October 2026
All prices above include tax. The two main park passes are priced per person, and every guest aged 3 and over needs a ticket. Children under 3 enter free.
The word “from” matters. AED 295 is the starting price for a 1 Park Pass. On peak dates, such as mid-term break weekends, the price for your date can be higher. The official booking page shows the real price for the day you pick before you pay.
Annual passes start at AED 495 and get their own full section below.

1 Park Pass vs 2 Park Pass: Which Ticket Should YOU Buy?
This is the real choice at Dubai Parks and Resorts. The two tickets use the same parks. The only question is how many parks you can truly enjoy in one day.
| Feature | 1 Park Pass | 2 Park Pass |
|---|---|---|
| Price | From AED 295 per person | From AED 355 per person |
| Parks included | Any 1 park | Any 2 parks |
| Time in each park | A full day in one park | Split one day across two parks |
| Riverland | Walk through to reach your park | Walk through between the two parks |
| Best for | Young children, slow days, one clear favourite | Older kids, teens, football fans, short trips |
The maths is simple. The second park adds only AED 60 to the ticket. But your time does not double. Each park needs at least 4 to 5 hours to feel worth it, and the parks open late in the morning. So a 2 Park day is a long, full day.
- Children aged 7 to 12? The 2 Park Pass works well: LEGOLAND in the morning, then the Water Park after lunch, or MOTIONGATE for the bigger rides.
- Teens and thrill seekers? Buy the 2 Park Pass with MOTIONGATE plus Real Madrid World. These two parks hold the big coasters, and they sit close to each other.
- Football fans? Real Madrid World deserves real time, not a rushed hour. Pair it with MOTIONGATE on a 2 Park Pass, or give it a full day on a 1 Park Pass.
- Only one day in Dubai? The 2 Park Pass gives you the widest taste of the destination for AED 60 extra. Start at the park that opens first and eat lunch in Riverland between parks.

MOTIONGATE Dubai: The Hollywood Park
MOTIONGATE Dubai is the biggest park at the destination and the home of the serious rides. It is built around famous film studios: DreamWorks Animation, Columbia Pictures and Lionsgate, plus a Smurfs Village for young children. The park has 29 rides and attractions.
The zones feel like film sets. In the DreamWorks zone you can ride with the Madagascar animals, train with Kung Fu Panda and fly through Shrek’s swamp. The Lionsgate zone holds the park’s hardest thrills, including the Capitol Bullet Train coaster from The Hunger Games and the John Wick: Open Contract coaster. Columbia Pictures brings Ghostbusters and Hotel Transylvania to life. Smurfs Village is soft, colourful and made for small children.
Who it suits: teens, adults and families with children aged 7 and up. Give it a full day, and ride the Lionsgate coasters first.

Real Madrid World: The Football Park Most Guides Miss
Real Madrid World is the park that makes this guide different. It opened in April 2024 and it is the world’s first football theme park. It stands where Bollywood Parks used to be. Many older guides still list Bollywood Parks, and some still send readers to the closed park instead.
The park has more than 40 experiences across three zones: Champions Avenue, Celebration Plaza and Stars Avenue. This is not just a museum with a gift shop. It mixes real rides with football experiences.
The headline ride is the Hala Madrid Coaster, a wooden roller coaster, the first of its kind in the region. The Stars Flyer swings riders about 460 feet into the air, with views across the whole destination. There is also the Goal Coaster, a Champions Bus that tours the park, and hands-on football challenges where you can test your shooting and skills.
For fans, the quieter parts may matter most: a dressing room experience, the club’s trophy history up close, and streets built to feel like Madrid on a match day. The park also hosts meet-and-greet events with club legends from time to time. Check the official site for event dates before you plan around one.
Who it suits: football fans of any club, families with sporty kids, and teens who find LEGOLAND too young. You do not need to support Real Madrid to enjoy the rides, but fans will get the most from it.
Time needed: 4 to 5 hours for the rides and experiences, more for a true fan. It pairs well with a morning park on a 2 Park Pass: LEGOLAND or MOTIONGATE first, Real Madrid World after lunch.
LEGOLAND Dubai: Built for Ages 2 to 12
LEGOLAND Dubai is the park for young families. Everything here is designed for children aged 2 to 12, and most rides welcome small children with an adult. The park has more than 40 rides, shows and attractions across six themed lands.
The heart of the park is MINILAND, where Dubai and Middle East landmarks are rebuilt from about 20 million LEGO bricks, under a huge air-conditioned dome. Children can earn a driving licence at Driving School, sail at Boating School, build and race their own LEGO car, and ride the gentle Dragon coaster through a castle.
Who it suits: families with children under 12, above all ages 3 to 8. Teenagers will finish it fast. Allow 4 to 6 hours, start early in the warm months, and use MINILAND as your midday break from the sun.

LEGOLAND Water Park: Splash Time for Young Families
LEGOLAND Water Park sits next to LEGOLAND Dubai and follows the same idea: water fun designed for families with young children, not for thrill seekers. It has 20 slides and water attractions.
Families float along the Build-A-Raft River, where children build their own raft from soft LEGO bricks before they float. The Joker Soaker play structure tips water over everyone below. There is a wave pool, toddler splash areas and family raft slides.
One rule to know: in the October 2026 reopening schedule the parks do not open every day of the week, and the Water Park follows the same official calendar as the rest of the destination. Check your day on the official park-hours page before you plan around it (see the Timings section below).
Who it suits: families with children aged 2 to 10. Allow 3 to 5 hours. Many families pair it with LEGOLAND Dubai on a 2 Park Pass: rides in the morning, water after lunch.

Riverland Dubai: The Truth About “Free” Entry
Riverland is the walkway heart of the destination. All the park gates open off it. It is styled as a journey through time, with a French Village, a 1950s Boardwalk, an India Gate area and a Peninsula square, all along a river. It holds more than 30 restaurants and cafes, shops, street entertainment and a growing list of paid attractions, such as Neon Galaxy, Perplex City, mini golf, go-karting, bowling and escape rooms.
Now the important part, because most guides get this wrong: Riverland used to be free to enter. For the 2026 season, it is not. The official site now sells a Riverland Day Pass:
| Riverland Day Pass | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | From AED 25 | Entry to Riverland only |
| Standard | AED 79 | Entry plus 7 attractions, such as Neon Galaxy, Perplex City, mini golf, archery and arcade games |
| Plus | AED 99 | Entry plus 10 attractions |
| Premium | AED 149 | Entry plus all 14 attractions |
If you hold a park ticket, you walk through Riverland to reach your park gate as part of your visit. If you come only for Riverland, for dinner or the attractions, budget the entry pass into your plan. An evening in Riverland, with dinner by the river and one or two attractions, is a pleasant and much cheaper night out than a full park day.

Annual Passes Explained: Silver, Gold and Platinum
If you live in the UAE, or you will visit Dubai more than twice in a year, an annual pass is where the real savings live. A one-park day ticket costs from AED 295. The cheapest annual pass costs AED 495. So a Silver pass pays for itself in less than two visits.
| Annual Pass (one park) | Price | The simple difference |
|---|---|---|
| Silver | AED 495 | Unlimited entry on normal days. Blackout dates apply (public holidays and school breaks). You can still enter on a blackout day for AED 50 |
| Gold | AED 595 | Entry on all 365 days, no blackouts. Bigger food and retail discounts, free popcorn on some visits |
| Platinum | AED 795 | Everything in Gold, plus free Q-Fast, free meals on some visits, valet parking and the biggest discounts |
You choose your park for a one-park pass: MOTIONGATE or LEGOLAND Dubai. The same three prices apply to both.
The LEGOLAND combo pass covers LEGOLAND Dubai plus LEGOLAND Water Park, and it is the most popular pass with young families: Silver AED 695, Gold AED 795, Platinum AED 995. Same rules: Silver has blackout dates with a AED 50 supplement, Gold runs all year, Platinum adds the VIP extras like a free nanny pass and valet parking.
Above these sit multi-park passes for all the parks, and an Ultimate pass from AED 1,495 that adds other Dubai attractions. Most visitors do not need them. If you visit one favourite park again and again, the one-park Gold at AED 595 is the sweet spot: no blackout dates to think about, at about the cost of two day tickets.

Q-Fast: Is Skipping the Line Worth It?
Q-Fast is the destination’s skip-the-line add-on. With it, you join a much shorter line for the rides that offer it. Day visitors can buy it as an add-on to a park ticket, and Platinum annual pass holders get Q-Fast free.
Is it worth paying for? For most visitors, only on the busiest days.
- Mid-term break, weekends and public holidays: yes, it can save you hours at MOTIONGATE and Real Madrid World, where the big coasters build long lines.
- Normal weekdays in term time: no. Lines are short, rides cycle fast, and you will barely use it.
- LEGOLAND with small children: rarely. Young children’s rides have gentle queues anyway.
The add-on price is set per park and can change by date, so check the price shown for your visit day when you book. If you stay at Lapita hotel, ask about Q-Fast at check-in, as hotel packages have included it in the past.

Which Park Should YOU Choose? A Guide by Age
Still torn? Match the park to your youngest decision-maker:
- Ages 2 to 5: LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park. Gentle rides, splash play, short lines, everything at their scale.
- Ages 6 to 9: LEGOLAND still leads, but MOTIONGATE joins the list. The DreamWorks zone and family coasters suit this age well.
- Ages 10 to 12: MOTIONGATE first, then Real Madrid World for sporty kids. LEGOLAND becomes a half-day park at this age.
- Teens: MOTIONGATE plus Real Madrid World on a 2 Park Pass. The coasters in both parks are the draw.
- Adults without children: MOTIONGATE for the rides, Real Madrid World if anyone in the group loves football, and Riverland for dinner after.
- Football fans of any age: Real Madrid World, full stop. Give it the time it deserves.
Dubai Parks and Resorts Timings: Opening Hours
The destination reopened on 7 October 2026 after its six-month closure, and for the reopening period the parks share one schedule instead of the different per-park hours many older guides still list. These are the hours shown on the official park-hours page when we checked on 8 October 2026:
| Official October 2026 reopening schedule | Hours |
|---|---|
| Thursday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM |
| Sunday to Wednesday | Closed |
This schedule covers MOTIONGATE Dubai, Real Madrid World, LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park and Riverland in the reopening week. All attractions close 30 minutes before the park closes. Hours for later dates are published on the official calendar week by week, and park hours are subject to change, so always check the official park-hours page for your exact date before you go.
Best Time to Visit Dubai Parks and Resorts
The season is the story. The destination has just reopened on 7 October 2026, at the start of Dubai’s cool season. From October to March the weather suits outdoor parks: warm days, soft evenings in Riverland. Winter is the time to go.
Mid-term break warning. The UAE school mid-term break falls in the second half of October, the busiest spell of the autumn season. If you visit then: buy tickets online in advance, arrive at opening time, ride the headline coasters first, and think hard about Q-Fast.
Weekdays beat weekends. Saturday and Sunday are the UAE weekend, and local families fill the parks. A Thursday visit feels like a different, calmer place. Just remember to check the official reopening schedule first, as the parks are not open every day in October 2026.
Start at opening, rest at lunch. Queues are shortest in the first two hours. Eat a slow lunch in Riverland in the middle of the day, then return for the late afternoon, when the heat eases and Riverland lights up.

How to Book Dubai Parks and Resorts Tickets Online
Booking online is the smart way. You lock the price for your date, skip the ticket line, and walk straight to the park gates through Riverland.
- Go to the official Dubai Parks and Resorts site and open the tickets page.
- Choose your pass: 1 Park (from AED 295) or 2 Parks (from AED 355). Pick your parks and your date, and check the final price for that date before you pay.
- Add Q-Fast only if your day needs it (see the Q-Fast section above).
- Pay by card. Your e-tickets arrive by email. On the day, bring the e-ticket and photo ID. Children under 3 enter free and do not need a ticket.
Can you buy at the gate? Yes, tickets are sold on site. But on mid-term and weekend days the lines grow, so booking ahead is faster and clearer.
Are tickets refundable? Theme park tickets here are generally non-refundable under the official ticket terms. Check the terms at checkout, and choose your date with care.
How to Save Money at Dubai Parks and Resorts
- Take the 2 Park Pass over two single days. AED 355 for two parks in one day beats AED 295 twice. It is the biggest easy saving if you can handle one long day.
- Use the under-3 rule. Children under 3 enter free at every park. A toddler adds nothing to your ticket bill.
- Residents: watch the official offers page. The destination runs bank card offers, resident deals and seasonal sales, sometimes large ones. Read the dates carefully before you book.
- Visit on a weekday. The same ticket buys shorter lines and more rides per hour. Time is money in a theme park.
- Going twice in a year? Price the annual pass. A Gold one-park pass at AED 595 costs about the same as two day tickets, then every extra visit is free.
- Skip Q-Fast on quiet days. It is real money for a problem you may not have. Decide by date, not by fear.
How to Reach Dubai Parks and Resorts
Off Sheikh Zayed Road at Exit 5, in the Jebel Ali area, about 25 minutes from Dubai Marina. Plan the journey: it is a real trip out of the city centre, and around 40 to 50 minutes from Downtown Dubai, depending on traffic.
- Car (easiest): drive down Sheikh Zayed Road towards Abu Dhabi and follow the signs from Exit 5. Parking is free for guests, with valet parking available at a charge.
- Taxi: the simplest door-to-door option from the Marina, JBR or Palm Jumeirah side of the city.
- Metro + taxi: the nearest metro station is Ibn Battuta on the Red Line. From there, take a short taxi ride to the parks. There is no metro station at the parks themselves.
- Hotel shuttles: many Dubai hotels and some ticket bundles include shuttle buses. Check whether a shuttle seat is already part of your booking before you pay for a taxi.
- Staying on site: the LEGOLAND Hotel and Lapita sit inside the destination, steps from the gates. For a two-day park trip with young children, one night on site can beat two long drives.

A Sample One-Day Plan (2 Park Pass)
For a family with children aged 7 to 12, using a 2 Park Pass in mid-term season:
- 11:00 AM: MOTIONGATE, Lionsgate zone first. The Capitol Bullet Train and John Wick coasters, while lines are shortest.
- 12:30 PM: DreamWorks zone. Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and Shrek rides, all indoors and cool.
- 2:00 PM: lunch in Riverland. Sit down, rest small legs, refill water bottles.
- 3:00 PM: Real Madrid World. The Goal Coaster and football challenges while energy is still good.
- 5:00 PM: Hala Madrid Coaster, then the dressing room experience in the calmer part of the day.
- 7:00 PM: Stars Flyer at golden hour, then dinner in Riverland as the lights come on.
With toddlers, swap this whole plan for one slow LEGOLAND day. With teens, swap the order: Real Madrid World first, MOTIONGATE into the evening.
